| Please make sure that you have the latest EyeLink Host software installed. Please also check out the resources below to see if they might hold the answers to your questions. Please make sure to include the Make/Model of your EyeLink system you're having issues with in your post. Also, if you're having problems with a specific piece of hardware, please include the serial number on the SR Research (made in Canada) sticker attached to that particular piece of hardware or simply include the 5 character serial number from the camera so we can look up the history of your hardware. |
