This warning message is applicable only to Display PCs with a single-core processor and can be ignored with most modern computer configurations.
Enabling "Is Real-Time" property for a sequence will force the operating system to devote all available system resources to the task. While this is important to maintaining proper timing during the experiment, older Display PCs with a single-core processor can lock out other essential routines. As a results, on such PCs, access to the keyboard and / or mouse input may be lost, hence the warning. This is not an issue for most modern multi-core or hyper-threaded PCs as they are designed to maintain multiple process streams at once.
