You may need to disable the auto-selection feature - please see Can I disable auto-selection of a single eye after a binocular calibration? to learn how to disable auto eye selection when doing a binocular calibration.
Alternatively, if the issue is that the tracked eye switches during a monocular recording, this is likely due to not using the Search Limits feature on the EyeLink Host PC.
