The ZIP file below contains the original R scripts from Engbert and Kliegl's Microsaccade Toolbox for R package, and an additional helper script - Microsaccades_EyeLink.R - which acts as a wrapper for the original E&K functions, and which allows EyeLink users to apply them directly to a Data Viewer Sample Report.
EyeLink_MS_Toolbox_R.zip (Size: 2.02 MB / Downloads: 304)
The only change made to the original E&K scripts is a minor modification to the microsacc.R function, which adds a short delay to prevent post-saccadic oscillations from being detected as saccades.
The version below reads EDF files directly into R, via the eyelinkReader package, rather than requiring a Data Viewer Sample Report:
