Webinar: Randomizing Variables Outside of Data Source in Experiment Builder
#1
Randomizing Variables Outside of Data Source in Experiment Builder
Delivered - April 10, 2020

This webinar will cover how to randomize variables outside of Data Sources in Experiment Builder, including:
  • How to Use Basic Python Random Functions (Random_Examples_Overview.ebz)
  • How to Create a Random Inter-Stimulus Interval (Random_ISI.ebz)
  • How to Randomly Position a Target Within a Series of Distractor (RandomPositioning.ebz)
We will cover a few examples that illustrate some basic randomization tricks that, when combined, should generalize to many experimental protocols.

Having basic knowledge of Experiment Builder functionality will help in understanding the concepts discussed in this webinar, but it is not required. For an introduction to the basic functionality of Experiment Builder see the Experiment Builder Video Tutorial Series.

You can get to a video of the Randomizing Variables Outside of Data Sources in Experiment Builder Webinar from the following links: The PowerPoint and Experiment Builder scripts that are discussed in the webinar can be downloaded from the links below. You can use the File -> Unpack command in Experiment Builder to unzip the EBZ file.
