Webinar: Repeating Blocks Based on Participant Performance in Experiment Builder
#1
Repeating Blocks Based on Participant Performance in Experiment Builder
Delivered - May 8 2020, 11am EST

Sometimes, in experimental designs, a block of trials may need to be repeated if the participant doesn't meet some minimum criteria for performance. For example, if a participant doesn't achieve a certain response accuracy percentage or meet a reaction time threshold in a block, then that block may need to be repeated. This webinar will discuss how to implement designs where blocks of trials can be repeated based on participant performance in Experiment Builder.

The webinar will cover:
  • How to Use Repeat the Same Trial
  • How to Store and Log Participant Performance
  • How to Repeat Blocks Based on Participant's Performance
Along the way, we'll also discuss how to display block performance (e.g., mean reaction time, accuracy percentage) at the end of the block.

Having basic knowledge of Experiment Builder functionality will help in understanding the concepts discussed in this webinar, but it is not required. For an introduction to the basic functionality of Experiment Builder see the Experiment Builder Video Tutorials.
