The Host PC runs a real-time operating system that supports only a single display output. To mirror the Host PC screen on two monitors simultaneously, you must use a physical video splitter. You can use an HDMI or VGA splitter to send the video signal from the Host PC to two separate monitors. These splitter devices are inexpensive and widely available.
Note for Laptop Host PCs
A laptop Host PC can only activate one display at a time: either its built-in screen OR an external monitor connected via HDMI, but not both. Depending on the laptop Host PC model, simply connecting a monitor via HDMI may be sufficient prior to booting the laptop for the display signal to be routed to an external device. If not, shutting the laptop lid during startup (e.g. while the manufacturer logo is on the screen) will force the HDMI output (but you will need to attach an external keyboard and mouse).
