FAQ: Why am I seeing Interest Areas from displays outside my Interest Period?

Static Interest Areas don't have their own timestamps, but you can control their visibility based on when their corresponding display screens appeared relative to your selected Interest Period.

How to Change Visibility Settings

1. In the Inspector window, go to the Preferences tab.
   
2. Select the Data Filters section.
   

Here you will find two key options:

• Show Interest Areas Pre Interest Period: Check this box to display IAs that appeared on screen before the start of your current Interest Period.
  
• Show Interest Areas Post Interest Period: Check this box to display IAs that appeared after the end of your current Interest Period.
  

To show only the Interest Areas that appeared within your selected Interest Period, make sure both of these boxes are unchecked.

   

Note: These preferences only affect what you see on the screen. They do not exclude any Interest Areas from your data reports. All IAs will still be included in the analysis output regardless of these visibility settings.
