You can generate difference heat maps in Data Viewer to visualize the contrast between two conditions.

Exporting Raw Heat Map Data
You can export the raw pixel data from any fixation map for complex visualization or statistical analysis in external software (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
To enable this feature:
- In the Inspector window, select the two groups or trials you wish to compare.
- Right-click on one of the selected items.
- Choose Create Difference Fixation Map from the menu.

- Positive Areas: Indicates more fixations in the First Selection.
- Negative Areas: Indicates more fixations in the Second Selection.
