The latest EyeLink Portable Duo Host PC software runs on an upgraded real-time operating system. Consequently, if your Host PC is currently running software version 6.52 or older, you must perform this one-time upgrade process.
If you prefer not to perform this upgrade, you can download the legacy version 6.12. Please be aware that there will be no further development or support for the 5.1x series.
Upgrade Instructions
IMPORTANT: This upgrade process will reimage your Host PC's hard disk, which erases all existing data. It is critical to follow all instructions for your specific Host PC's make and model carefully and in the correct order to preserve your settings.

Users who have received their Portable Duo before April 2017 are likely to have Host PC software version 6.10 AND a camera serial number beginning with CAB** If your system matches these criteria, please contact support@sr-research.com for more details on updating your system to the current release. A supplementary one-time procedure is required.
