If you're using the EyeLink 1000 the inverted image may be the result of using the incorrect Host software for your Desktop mount. Please make sure that you have the correct host software installed. You can find the EyeLink 1000 Host PC Software at the following link: There are two versions of the host software, one for mounts where the illuminator is on the left of the camera and another for mounts where the illuminator is on the right of the camera. Please make sure you're using the correct version of the software for your particular mount.

With the Primate or Long Range mount configurations of the EyeLink 1000 or EyeLink 1000 Plus, you can rotate or flip the image accordingly with the following buttons at the top of the Host Software interface.
