Simple Visual World

Required Experiment Builder Version: 2.3.1 or higher
EyeLink Required: Yes
Type: Complete Example
Difficulty Level: Medium

This example demonstrates:
  • How to implement an Auto Drift Check
  • How to present images and balance stimulus types across trials
  • How to present audio playback and mark critical auditory time points
  • How to collect behavioral responses from the participants

This example comes from the Visual World Paradigm Webinar and demonstrates an implementation of a standard visual world paradigm task.  The task requires the participant to see two or more images and hear some instructions about how to interact with the images. For example, the participant may see an image of some grapes, an image of a grill, an image of an apple, and an image of an umbrella and then hear instructions telling them to click on the grapes.  Please see the webinar for detailed instructions on how the task was built.
