This error occurs if you are trying to send or receive TTL signals through a parallel port on the Display PC, but the required driver is missing.
Starting with Experiment Builder version 2.7, this driver is no longer installed by default.

To fix this and use the Display PC's parallel port, you will need to modify your installation:
  1. Download and run the Experiment Builder installer and choose the Custom installation option.
       
  2. Locate and check the box for Parallel Port Access.
       
  3. Finish the installation process.
