You can plot pupil size data directly in the Temporal Graph view to see how it changes over the course of a trial.
How to Display the Pupil Trace
Adjusting the Vertical Scale
If the changes in pupil size are too small to see clearly, you can adjust the vertical scale of the pupil trace in the preference settings. Increasing the scaling value will amplify the trace on the Y-axis, making fluctuations more apparent.
How to Display the Pupil Trace
- In the Trial View window, switch to the Temporal Graph.
- Click the Toggle Eye Sample Visibility button on the top toolbar to show the raw data.
- On the bottom toolbar, select Pupil Sample Trace for the left or right eye.
