FAQ: Why is my non-ASCII text corrupted in my reports?
#1
To ensure that text containing non-ASCII characters (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, or accented letters like 'é') is displayed correctly, you must enable UTF-8 support in Data Viewer before importing your data.

You can enable this feature with the following steps:
  • In the Inspector window, go to the Preferences tab.
  • Select the Output / Analysis section.
  • Check the box next to Enable UTF-8 Encoding.

Once this setting is enabled, any non-ASCII text in your messages or variables will be preserved correctly during import and in your subsequent reports.
