Calculate Coordinates for Calibration Targets
Use this calculator to determine coordinates for calibration targets and check whether your stimuli / screen fit within the trackable range of your EyeLink eye tracker. For calibration coordinates just enter your screen resolution and select the relevant calibration model. The calibrated area proportion can be adjusted, and corner correction added (default values are used). To check whether your calibration targets / stimuli / screen fit within the trackable range of your eye tracker (cyan box), enter your screen distance and dimensions, and select your tracker / mount combination from the dropdown. The calculator returns the calibration target co-ordinates as well as the appropriate screen distance or stimulus dimensions for your set-up. It will also warn you if your current screen dimensions exceed the trackable range of your system.
The connection to the calculator will close after a few minutes of inactivity – just refresh the page and it will be back! We also have calculators for computing degrees of visual angle and for computing the coordinates of targets in a grid or circular array – give them a try!
