Calculate Coordinates of Targets in a Grid
A useful interactive application that calculates the coordinates of the centers of cells in an N x N grid. Perfect for working out where to place targets / images in visual world, visual search, and saccade paradigms. Input your screen resolution and desired number of rows / columns. There is also an option to add a border. Output is a list of coordinate pairs (left to right, top to bottom) that can be copied and pasted for use in Experiment Builder or other stimulus presentation software.
Note: the connection to the calculator will close after a few minutes of inactivity – just refresh the page and it will be back!
